About
I am am currently a graduate student at the University of Arkansas having previously done some graduate work at the New School for Social Research. I completed my B.A. at Hendrix College, a small liberal arts college also in Arkansas. Currently my work is centered upon the intersections of the analytic and continental traditions. In particular I am interested in the possibilities the American Pragmatists (especially Dewey, Bernstein, and Rorty) offer for working out the tensions that exist between the two. I am also (in this area) interested in the problem of discursive incommensurability. I am curious about Democracy as well.
